Fees
Please see below information on club fees for both subscriptions and match fees for 2010/11 -
PAYMENT OF SUBSCRIPTIONS 2010/11
1 AMOUNT
1.1 If payment received on or before 31 October 2010 -
1.1.1 Full membership - £180
1.1.2 Student/unemployment membership - £130
1.1.3 School membership - £100
By way of reminder, if you play you pay and therefore Life Members and Vice Presidents must pay full subs
1.2 If payment received after 31 October 2010:
1.2.1 Full membership - £200
1.2.2 Student/unemployment membership - £150
1.2.3 School membership - £120
2. ONE PAYMENT BY CHEQUE
2.1 The preferred method for payment of subscriptions is for one payment for the full amount by cheque
2.2 Please make your cheque payable to Harborne Hockey Club and return it to your captain or Club Secretary with the slip provided on the annual subscriptions form
3. FOUR PAYMENTS BY CHEQUE
3.1 Alternatively you may elect to pay your subscription by delivering to your captain 4 cheques (made payable to Harborne Hockey Club) dated 31 October 2010, 30 November 2010, 31 December 2010
and 31 January 2011 (or earlier) for the amounts set out below -
3.1.1 Full – 4 payments of £45
3.1.2 Student – 2 payments of £35 and 2 payments of £30
3.1.3 School – one payment of £20 and 3 payments of £30
3.2 The cheques will then be banked on or after the appropriate date
3.3 If you fail to deliver your cheque on or before 31 October 2010, please increase the first payment by £20.
4. FOUR PAYMENTS BY STANDING ORDER
4.1 Finally, you may elect to pay your subscription by setting up a standing order with your bank for payments to be made to the Harborne Hockey Club account. Details of this account can be obtained
from your captain
4.2 The payments must be made to the account on or before the last banking day of October, November, December and January and be for the following amounts -
4.2.1 Full – four payments of £45
4.2.2 Student – two payments of £35 and 2 payments of £30
4.2.3 School – one payment of £20 and 3 payments of £30
4.3 If the first payment is not received on or before 31 October then the additional £20 surcharge will apply.
4.4 If you elect to pay in this manner, please could you complete the form below and hand it to your captain or the Club Secretary. Please note that if you elect to pay by standing order you must not
cancel any payments without the prior approval of the Committee.
5. MATCH FEES
5.1 Match fees this year will remain at £7.00 per match for full members and £5.00 for others. Please note that Life Members and Vice Presidents must pay match fees.
