Today was the first Flyerz training session. Thankfully the weather held out for us and we enjoyed the sunshine.
The session was attended by 20 players and volunteers.
The session involved hitting drills, scoring drills, lots of attack v defence and a game to finish up. Everyone had rosy cheeks at the end so must have worked hard.
There was lots of talk about the next session so I can’t wait to see everyone there on Sunday 3rd November 12-2.
